CA Sathya Hegde
BBM, CPAA Director at Nobilis, Sathya Hegde is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a member of CPA, Australia. With over 12 years of domain experience in the field of taxation, Sathya has in- depth knowledge of the intricacies of the Indian taxation system as well as global tax regimes and policies. He specializes in international taxation, handling tax consultation on capital gains, interpreting double taxation avoidance agreements (DTAA), overseas inbound investments in India, deputation planning and funds transfers out of India. Having dealt with eminent local and international clients, Sathya is a key contributor to the overall strategic and operational functioning of Nobilis. An astute leader, he provides direction and inspires the team to continuously perform at peak levels. He is currently based out of Sydney, Australia.
Vasanth Dhawale
Vasant is a ‘Fellow’ member of Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA) & a Fellow member of Institute of Financial Accountants (FFA). He has more than 15 years of Australian experience and has provided Accounting, Taxation and Business Management Services to a wide range of businesses in Australia, specialising in Pharmacy. His expertise includes giving reliable & accurate business advice in relation to managing & growing small businesses.
Being an active investor in the real estate market, Vasant has an in-depth knowledge in property investment & has built his wealth using the negative gearing concept. He has also inherited foreign property and uses his own practical expertise in declaring the foreign income and claiming the rental property deductions and thus, specialising in these fields.
